What we are
Grace Bay Direct is a small portfolio of residences across three prime locations on Providenciales: The Somerset on Grace Bay, The Plaza at Ocean Club West, and Caribbean Diamond in Leeward.
Six residences hosted directly by us, the owners, and a support team, all of whom live full time on the island and call it home. No agency in the middle, no surprises at check-in. You write to us, and we write back.
