The Residence
Ocean Aria
A split-level two-bedroom residence of 1,500 sq ft in the gardens of The Somerset on Grace Bay. Primary bedroom on the upper level with walk-in closet and en-suite shower; twin bedroom on the lower level with separate bathroom; full kitchen, open-plan living and dining, and a private balcony in between.
Set in the gardens of The Somerset Resort. Pool, beach access, kids' club for ages 3-12, and on-site spa included. Suited equally to families, friends, and couples winding down.
Resort access
Pool, beach with chairs and umbrellas, kids' club, snorkelling gear, cot / pack 'n' play, highchair, front desk services. Mid-week housekeeping included on stays of seven nights or more.

The Layout
Primary bedroom (upper level)
The upper level is yours alone: a king bed, a chair for the first coffee, and a door that closes on everything below. Walk-in closet with a safe behind louvered doors; the shower a step away.
Primary en-suite
Off the bedroom, a walk-in shower behind glass, travertine underfoot and up the walls. One sink, one gold-framed mirror, and nothing to share: the second bathroom serves the lower level, so mornings up here run at your own pace.
Twin bedroom (lower level)
Two twins a floor below the primary, which is the point: children or friends get their own quarter of the residence, with the second bathroom beside it and the pool a few steps beyond the door. Woven headboards, a chair for reading, a television for the rainy hour.
Second bathroom
Serves the twin bedroom and the living level, so nobody downstairs climbs the stairs to borrow the primary. Its own shower, an oval sink, travertine to dado height, and the sand rinsed off before it reaches the sofa.
Kitchen
A galley you can actually cook in: induction cooktop, full-size fridge, dishwasher, and the counter space to use them. Nespresso and a kettle for the early start, the breakfast bar at the far end for the slower one. IGA Gourmet is a walk away for provisions; Barbetta, the resort restaurant, for the nights you would rather not.
Living and dining
The center of the residence, where the split-level opens to its full height. Dining for six under the vault, a deep sofa across the rug, and sheer curtains on the French doors that let the light in without the glare. Where the day starts and where it ends.
Private balcony
Through the French doors, a small terrace at garden level: two chairs, a table, and the lawns and palms of The Somerset a rail away. Coffee here in the morning, a glass in the evening, the path to the pool right below.
