A one-bedroom ground-floor residence of 1,000 sq ft at Caribbean Diamond Residences in the gated Leeward community on Providenciales. King bedroom with sliding doors out to a private patio; en-suite walk-in shower; a powder room off the living space; open-plan living and dining with a double sofa bed adding two more sleeping spots.
This is not a resort but a small private development — pool, BBQ area, and lush gardens shared between a small number of residences. Six minutes' walk to Leeward Beach; two minutes by car to Grace Bay.
Suited to couples, small families, or a group of friends. Pair with sister residence Ocean Lyra (C202) at the same complex for larger groups needing more space.
