The Residence
Ocean Lyra
A fully renovated three-bedroom split-level penthouse of 2,000 sq ft — the largest residence in the portfolio — at Caribbean Diamond Residences in the gated Leeward community on Providenciales. Two bedrooms on this floor, a third on the upper level; every bedroom its own en-suite; master with its own large terrace beneath a metal rooflet. Open-plan living and dining beneath the ceiling fan; in-unit laundry off the bedroom corridor.
A practical fit for larger groups who want a residential, private setting away from the resort strip. Six minutes' walk to Leeward Beach; two minutes by car to Grace Bay. Car rental recommended.
Building amenities
Outdoor pool, BBQ area, and lush gardens shared with a small number of other residences. Security in the gated community.
